State registration

State registration is proof of compliance with the Customs Union's health stipulations. This is required for goods subject to consumer protection, i.e. manufactured or imported into the Customs Union for the first time.

State registration is valid within all three member states of the Customs Union. This can be issued for either one or, as may apply, more product names for an indefinite period, or for the respective scope of delivery of a contract.

The Sanitary Report is often required for the following goods:

•    Food and food additives
•    Machinery, technical products and technological equipment in contact with food, pharmaceutical products, drinking water and much more.
•    Household chemicals
•    Cosmetics

Experience has shown that between one and four weeks are required for the certificate to be issued.
