TR CU Declaration

The legislators have made certification in accordance with TR CU mandatory for the free movement of goods in the Customs Union between Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. (Technical Regulations of the Customs Union)

There are two kinds of TR CU Declaration:

1. Contractual TR CU Declaration
This is issued for a contract and remains valid until the contract has been performed in full, i.e. the entire specifications of the contract have been implemented in the target country and all customs-related matters have been settled.

2. TR CU Declaration with a validity of 1-5 years, series production

This series declaration allows exporters to export the product stated on the declaration as often as it wants within the validity period (period of 1-5 years).

Please note that in accordance with the Customs Union's new regulations, EAC certification must be applied for by a legal entity registered in the custom union's territory. The manufacturer continues to be shown as such on the declaration.

1.    Gathering of all required documentation for TR CU certification
2.    Taking of product samples from the manufacturer
3.    Production of draft TR CU declaration
4.    Agreement of draft
5.    Issuing of TR CU declaration
6.    Registration of the products in the Custom Union's State State Register

Requirements of the EAC mark

The following basic requirements apply to attaching the EAC mark to products:

•    The mark must be clearly visible.
•    The mark must be clearly readable.
•    The mark must be displayed in one colour.
